For too long too many of us have not listened to our hearts. We have forgotten the way and our path. Yet now like never before we are remembering and hearing the call to wake up and serve.

Hearing the Call: Whether you are partially or fully present to it you are being called to serve. A calling that is the very deepest purpose for your life. This calling is the joy of the soul unleashed, radiating its unique frequency into all you meet. Over this weekend you will learn to sweetly hear the call and embody it such that your knees, elbows, belly and throat sing with the deepest joy of the heart.

Cellular Alignment: For many of us our physiology is made up of conflicting feelings/beliefs/stories that make truly creating and serving almost impossible. Through the continuous practice of cellular alignment over this weekend you will train your cells to come into tune with your heart and your calling.

An Initiation:When a group comes together in sacred space, conscious and committed, we can use the power of ceremony to open the gateway of initiation. Initiation is the drawing of a line in the sand between what was and what is. Through initiation we mark in the fabric of our being a new path or possibility that forms the fertile ground from which our life grows.

Liberated Action: This cellular embodiment is a calling for a new foundation for action and creating our life. From this embodied place we can allow ourselves to be used as a creative vessel, watching the creative force moving through us as a miracle, shaping our lives and our world with grace and power. Our role changes from the ‘doer’ to the ‘listener’, hearing this flow and dancing with it, surrendered and receptive, creative and free.

I have been working with thousands of people for years in finding their heart and following its demanding and illuminating path. Uncovering our unique purpose within the global shift

Nature is offering us an illuminating insight into our collective evolution through one of its most humble creatures, the caterpillar. As a caterpillar matures a strange thing happens within its system, radical cells start to emerge, what scientists call ‘imaginal cells’. These imaginal cells are perceived as an attacking force and are destroyed by the system of the caterpillar. And yet more and more of these imaginal cells occur until the caterpillars system can no longer destroy them all and it begins to shut down. These imaginal clumps form together and begin to build an entirely new DNA matrix, fed by the old one but going beyond it. All these clumps then unite in a magical orchestra led by a mysterious conductor. The last remnants of the caterpillar have become a thin shell around the outside which drops away and something so vastly different from the caterpillar emerges, a glorious rebirth, a butterfly takes flight.

Within our global consciousness, as individuals, communities and nations, we are being invited into this magical awakening, from caterpillar to butterfly. As this awakening occurs we will have a very different experience depending on where we focus. If we focus our attention on the inner caterpillar our experience of the coming times could be destruction, dissolving and a general feeling of something terrible is happening. If on the other hand we can let go of this and focus our awareness on the ‘imaginal cells’ (within and without) you will see an entirely different picture. You will begin to see the beautiful image of a butterfly emerging.

We are all part of this collective awakening to the global butterfly. Called by the master butterfly within our cells it is time now to go beyond individual awakening (single imaginal cells) to unite with other imaginal cells to form awakened clumps. Each and every one of us is a vital part of this global awakening, what are you? A piece of the wing, body or an antenna? Are you ‘clumping’ together with other imaginal cells or still doing it alone?

Finding your part in the global design is a mysterious and magical adventure, surrendering every day to become that which is awakening within and ‘clumping’ with this awakening in others. The global butterfly now calls us to live this awakening in our marriages, families, friendships, communities, businesses, schools, councils, societies and nations. It is time to hear the butterfly within and say yes to its calling to die to the old perceptions and become the butterfly that you and we truly are.

So how do we hear the call? How do we let go of the caterpillar? How do we find what part of the global awakening we are? How do we clump together? There is one simple activity that will open the butterfly within and guide you to its wisdom. Listen. The biggest block to hearing your own call to awakening is you’re making too much noise hear it, looking too hard to see that it’s already there! There is nothing you need to do or say to make it happen, it already is who you are. Slow down and listen… trust what you hear, act on what you hear, live from what you hear. You are a magnificent butterfly and a vital part of the collective butterfly we are all to become. Honour the gift you are.

As we awaken beyond the old paradigm of survival consciousness we step into a whole new realm of what it is to be human.

We awaken new perceptions and deep wisdom that alter the fabric of life as we know it. How we breathe, eat, love, work, sleep, relate and die all transform in the realm of the new human.

A new human is an evolution from an old paradigm where our consciousness is focused on survival and separation to a new realm of oneness, love and authentic creativity. This new realm is born from a collective inner invitation for our whole species, evolve or die. The current level of consciousness is a very endangered species, on the brink of complete destruction of its own life and the planet. The only possible future for humanity is a radical shift in the very core of who we are, how we relate to each other and the planet as a whole. If you are reading this article then most likely you are actively engaged in making this shift. Like most of us you are probably finding a new consciousness arising strongly in some moments while other times your perceptions are still trapped in the tendrils of the slumbering self. This chapter is written as an invitation to awaken a little more into the new human that is naturally arising within. It is written in definite terms ‘a new human is…’ but know for most of us this is the evolution we are heading towards, not a fixed place we arrive at.

Use these words on the following pages as an opportunity to take an honest look at where you are, where you have come from and where you are going. Also, as you read be aware of the great deception “I know this” for in that mental notion you will miss the deeper invitation contained in the following pages.

Read afresh, like a child. Read it with every cell in your body

Allow your mental appraisal of the information contained within to come at the end (if at all) so you can digest the material on the soul level it is intended. Without further ado lets have a look the new human…

Physical body and health

To the awakened human the physical body is an extraordinary luminous gift of direct experiencing. The old paradigm human views the body as an organism requiring various needs to be met for fulfillment. Food, sunlight, water, rest, stimulation etc. To this old human happiness is a function of the degree to which these need are met. Therefore much time and awareness is spent on meeting these needs. A new human develops an inner knowing of the fulfillment of all these needs and has no need to seek outside herself to get this security met. They still allow life to meet these needs for them but they do not use their consciousness to make it happen. They are already fulfilled within so there is no need to shape them any way except to allow their natural manifestation. There is a soul deep knowing of completeness and detachment from the physical need for things to be a certain way which creates a great freedom to go into a new relam…

In seeing beyond the physical nature of the body the new human perceives the energy patterns that shape the form and movement of the body.

They understand that the physical body is an expression of a soul guided energetic matrix and consciously work with this matrix to shape their bodily experiences. The new human sees the body as a divine temple, a gift to directly experience life in the third dimension and lives in a way that reflects this. They understand that no experience is better or worse (health or disease, pain or pleasure) than any other experience.

They know that by bringing the full power of their awareness every experience is a divine gift.

They are not at the mercy of the body, instead in divine creative partnership. They see beyond death, knowing that there is no such thing, only change. When awareness rests in the soul the new human allows the body to die when they choose, seeing beyond old paradigms of disease and decay to the eternal life within. The deeper the true knowing of the body the more the new human moves beyond these illusions and lives in the luminous body of ever present light. The fullest blossoming of this is the immortal, the one who shapes their physical self with radiant awareness and lives beyond all the laws/illusions of the third dimension.

The new human also perceives beyond the illusion of all physical forms, accessing the divine matrix of creation and shaping life from there. They know themselves as pure creation, shaping all reality from the realm of energy. They have mastered this realm and therefore require no need to exert earthly effort or toil, instead allowing divine creation to move effortlessly through them manifesting in form what they already know to be true and real. In this way the new human appears to someone still in the old paradigm as a magician, shaping physical form with their word and presence alone.

Relationships

A new human sees beyond the tantalizing illusions of human relating that are prolific in our modern world. They have moved from ‘what can I get’ to ‘what can I give’.

A new human has allowed childish romance to die and a new soul romance to emerge.

Not just with their beloved, but with each person they meet, all as a reflection of the relationship with the true beloved of all creation. To the starved separate self relationships are an opportunity to try and fill the emptiness within. In moments of soul connection the old human mistakes this positive energy for the person who reflected it and then try and feed off them to cover the lack of connection to the source within.

A new human sees each moment of meeting with another as a divine creative opportunity for the great mystery to reveal herself again.

A new human practices entering this meeting by releasing everything they think they know about the other with eyes of pure innocence. In this practice they always see the glory of pure creation at work.

Sex and Intimacy

The sexual/creative impulse has a radically different relationship with the new human as he evolves from the old paradigm of feeding and gratification to wholeness and soul expression. In the new human is a deep inherent knowing of the pulsing ball of awesome creative power that lives in their belly.

They know the true purpose of creative and sexual energy is to fuel the highest soul expression of every being.

They honour this energy source with the sacredness that such a precious gift deserves. In the old human this energy centre is misunderstood and because they do not know how to use it it becomes depleted like a car driven by someone who doesn’t know about petrol stations. Then from this state of depletion all the old human can think about is trying to fill the hole they feel inside themselves. Because they lack the conscious awareness to hear and refuel this centre it becomes a huge unconscious driving force. The most common way we do this is by attempting to get this energy from others. (we call this ‘feeding’) This feeding is at the source of so much current human conflict between nations, families, husbands and wives. They are each trying to fill the inner whole and never succeeding for long because the only true power source for this centre in the creative source herself.

A new human has tapped the inner source of this creative energy, from the earth and from all life.

They have the skills to both replenish this centre and to use it for the purpose of highest creation. They cultivate it with sacredness and presence. This inner fullness allows them to engage in relationships without having to feed off other but instead look to the highest creative possibilities in each moment. They understand the twin nature (yin/yang) of the creative force and relish the opportunity for creation. Whether it be within themselves, with their beloved, in friendships or any creative partnership they bring their creativity and seek to consciously ignite it for the highest creation of all involved.

Sexually this means to go beyond seeking pleasure and gratification and entering the sacred temple of awakening that conscious sexual union truly is. They serve this awakening in themselves and each other.

Children and Education

The old paradigm teaches us that children are immature slates to be indoctrinated into who we think they should be and how they should behave. Our education system as a whole is designed to program our kids into mindless robots, viewing the world through a rigid mental filter. Educating the new children is an entirely different experience. The new human sees children as their teachers, bowing before their free spirit and natural connection to the heart of creation. The teachers are custodians designed to hold a sacred space for the child to find and express their own divinity.

In this search the children of the new earth become full of soulful essence, a conduit for a higher divine led expression of creation herself.

The old model of education is about putting wisdom into the child, the new paradigm is about allowing wisdom to blossom from within.

Emotions

The new human has created a deep profound relationship with what the old human called emotions. The new human experiences emotions as waves of pure creative energy and deep wisdom and does not seek to repress them in themselves or others. Even the so called darker emotions have a precious gift for the new human. They bring their full presence to any movement of energy (emotions) and have learnt to ride their flow, gracefully allowing the creative potential in every emotion to blossom into its fullest expression. A new human has learnt that their own emotions and those of others are not the truth of who they are, but a ripple on the surface. A new human sees with the eyes of his heart to his own Essence and allows others to flow through waves of emotions without identifying the other as those emotions. In this she sets each being she meets free.

Thoughts

What the old human calls thought the new human sees as the spark of divine intelligence.

The thoughts that run through our head every day a like a tiny fragment of the true potential of our universal mind. The common saying ‘you are not your thoughts’ is, in the highest sense not true. We are everything, all that ever was and will be. Thus it should read ‘we are not only our thoughts’. This guides us to see that our thoughts are the divine creative intelligence, just a scaled down version. A new human opens to the energy of their thoughts and sees beyond their surface distractions to their true Essence. This true Essence is pure energy, the matrix of creation, the golden thread that holds all reality together. In knowing this truth the new human can access the blueprint consciously shaping the thought energy rather than let it be directed by the ever changing patterns of the human mind. Every thought we have is creative, the more emotion we put with it the realer it becomes. A new human trains themselves to feed the thoughts that serve them and their commitment and starve the ones rising from fear and separation until they no longer occur.

Communication

The communication of a new human is a radical evolution from the old models of words and description. A new human has opened to a much deeper form of language, the language of the soul. They communicate from an inner knowing and listening that exists beyond the mind and feelings.

The old human uses language to describe what they see as real and true believing reality to be an external observable phenomena. The new human knows all communication is creation, between themselves and others and between them and the whole universe.

A new human listens to and communicates with the language of the universe, the language of energy.

They can hear the subtle nuances of the divine intelligence and are in direct communication with them in each and every moment. Language between new humans is fueled by empathy, intuition and a capacity to see right into the heart of each other. In the new language there are less words and much more being said.

Work and Purpose

Work to the human in the old paradigm is a function of survival, a mathematical equation of work equals reward. Work is done for what you get for doing it. In the new awakening work transforms to a living expression of your highest purpose, even if you’re doing the laundry! A new human shifts the core of where they engage action from. Instead of action arising from incompleteness and a need to get something a new human initiates action from a deep, full place of soul knowing and expression.

In this every action is an opportunity to express ones highest purpose and love for all creation.

The notion of work, rest and play dissolve into an effortless flow of energy, moving from strong action to deep rest without the inner core changing at all. A new human knows their true purpose does not live in a specific vocation or action but in the depth of presence they bring to whatever they are doing. Thus our highest purpose is always available no matter what the circumstances. The deeper the new human opens to this inner purpose the more their outer purpose will reflect the deepest hearts passions. If a new humans hearts calling is to serve the health of humanity then as they practice this in every moment new opportunities of ‘employment’ will open up to express this calling in deeper and deeper ways.

Finances

Like so many areas of life the new human has completed shifted their relationship to their finances. No longer is money an external measurable quantity to be gained by external effort.

A new human knows that their physical security and abundance will always be reflected by their inner security and abundance and allows money to come and go effortlessly.

Some new humans may be deep in the money system while others may withdraw from it, either way they are completely responsible for their creation of abundance simply by the power of their own presence. If any lack is experienced it is understood to be a reflection of a lack within and is dealt with on that level, knowing the external form will always follow the internal energy. The new human activates the power of gratitude and has trained their eyes and heart to see the eternal abundance around them all the time.

Food and Diet

In every moment the new human knows they are in direct relationship with all life around them.

What they see, hear, say, think, eat, drink and breathe all is part of their living creation.

The new human has a deep wordless communication with themselves on all layers including the physical and emotional body. How they choose to breathe, drink and eat arises from this inner knowing. They have gone beyond concepts of good and bad and simply choose to eat from a commitment to serve the highest expression of their body and soul. They have gone beyond old consumption habits of comfort, suppression and distraction. In this deep inner flow and trust the new human goes beyond any set diet or concept. Although as a whole the food the water they consume is much fresher, simpler and more fully alive. A new human understands that everything they eat shapes their state of being and can choose foods/liquids to rebalance/enhance their physical health. They understand that how they eat creates their body and can consciously use their whole body system to extract the goodness they need by deep inner awareness and slowing the whole consumption process (eating, drinking, breathing) down significantly.

In summary

It is time to evolve.

To evolve fast enough to stop the extinction of our species here on earth it is time for us as individuals and groups to wake up. It is time to go beyond the rigid fear systems of our modern world and remember the innate wisdom, power, joy and love that is awaiting us if we listen.

Then when we do listen it is time to act, to have the courage to step out onto the skinny branches and live in a way that is true to our heart, even if it’s unknown or uncomfortable. Will you lead humanity to a future that reflects the radiance and beauty of who we truly are?

The New Earth, and the new human is calling us home, can you hear her?

More importantly will you act on what you hear?

There is a twinkle in his eye, like he knows some cosmic secret, and I am called to find out what it is. He invites me into his little home. It is modest and we sit on two chairs, his delighted face more welcoming than the most plush palace. We sit, looking at each other, no words, so much being said. I see teeth missing when he smiles and marvel at the imperfection of this man, his clothes dirty, he probably smells. And yet I see none of this for from his jacket he has revealed a small carved wooden box. He gently speaks and his voice is like rain in the desert of my heart. “It is time for you to know the secret of true freedom”.

He places his hand on the small brass latch on the box and as it is flicked open I feel an opening in my own heart, like the squeaking of rusty hinges. The box opens and inside it appears empty until I realize there is a small amount of golden yellow dust in the bottom, which he takes between his fingers and places in his mouth with a delighted giggle. Then in a movement too swift for this old man he throws the box right at me, I see the dust flying from the box, like in slow motion, and everything goes blank.

He is here, no longer teeth missing, he wears a simple robe of shimmering gold, and his wavy white hair blows in some cosmic breeze. We are on the edge of a cliff, a vast valley spread before us, and he points to a mountain in the distance, where a faint light twinkles. In a flash we are there, and the twinkle has become a glowing ball, just in front of me. Its etheric warmth caresses my face. I hear his words inside my head. ‘You are on your own’, and with a push in the back I fall ungracefully into the glowing ball. All flashes bright and I am standing in front of two doors. Limitless horizons stretch away from me in every direction. The doors speak to me, like velvet echo’s in my limitless mind.

One door leads to paradise, and the other to eternal suffering

I look at the two doorways feeling like I have been here so many times before. I have tried both doors so many times I am tired. I have followed so many paths through so many adventures, but always I come back to these two doors. Each time I choose the other thinking that now this must be the right one. And again I end up at these two doors. Have I traveled across Eons, reborn again and again to be here, now? Will I step through these doors and again return here in another millennia? I stop, is there another way? I look to my left, to my right, above and below, there is only empty horizon as far as I can see. Again I bring my attention to the doors. I sit, I wait.

Somewhere deep inside I feel the old man smiling, I feel his joy and something is ignited in me. A seed that grows, a seed that fills my being, golden, true. And then, like honeyed lightning I see the truth and start laughing, I watch as the doors start to merge until there is but a single door in front of me. Duality is always an illusion, and I laugh and I laugh. The door opens and I see the carved wooden box flying towards me, striking me on the temple. I blink and I am back in the old mans home. The box clatters to the floor and the dust settles around it, some on my legs and chest. He greets me again with his toothy smile and I laugh, for I have seen the secret of freedom, and he laughs with me. Then we have a cup of tea.

I invite you into a whole new way of reading and learning… from a place I call Essence listening. Essence listening is to engage the material in front of you with your whole being, while in awakened presence, using the heighted perceptions of your full awareness to hear the real gifts contained in these, and any teachings.

Given that Awakening lives in the realm of the formless, the normal style of learning we do here in the west ie. accumulating intellectual knowledge, is not what this Essence listening is about. It is more like a transmission, from Essence/Spirit to you. So do not put too much importance on understanding what you read; let the wisdom flow between the words, beneath the exercises and from the hearts of all the people who have been part of this coming into existence. If you find yourself struggling to understand something try letting it go completely and surrendering even more deeply into your awakened presence, using the struggle as a sign to give up the mind.

How do you normally read? Do you see your mind agreeing with one thing, disagreeing with another or saying things like “I know this” or “this is stupid!”? The identity/ego/peronality is always trying to make everything fit into a neat little box of perceptions, excluding things that don’t fit or warping them to seem like they fit. It also loves validation and will love to go: “Oh yes I agree, that is so true, I know that” or something like it. Be aware of this throughout everything your read/hear.

The truth is that you as the identity know nothing of what you are reading, for it has never before been written, and even though it may fit with other ideas, philosophies and teachings you have come across it is always new, as is everything. Even if you are reading this for the third time it is still new. Read everything as a child, innocent and empty, opening without understanding. These writings are not designed to be more food for your already stuffed intellect, but an invitation beyond…..

Slow your breathing down and read from a deeper, full place. Read not just with your mind, but with your whole body. In every minute you are creating these words by the quality of attention you give to it. Your relationship with these writings is an active conversation: alive and responding to your every breath

Passion and Purpose are the twin forces of life, the two sacred gifts we all carry within that give birth to a magnificent experience of life. For most of us both Passion and Purpose are forces that come and go. Some people seem to have oodles of Passion and others not. Some seem to have a clear Purpose and the courage to follow it every day, others not… Do these people have a secret?

What happens when overflowing Passion combines with inspired Purpose, Lets find out…

What is Passion?

Passion is the vibrant pulsing life force within. It is the divine creative force embodied within a human skin. Passion is the thirst for truly living, the joy of being full of life. Passion is the divine feminine, the rich fullness of creative possibilities. Passion naturally arises in offering no resistance to life, simply meeting it as it is. It is enthusiasm of the soul. It is of the body, of the heart, of the flesh. Passion is a naturally occurring juice of life which arises without effort when we listen to our heart. What do you love? What excites you? What delights you? What arouses you? Often when we are young we get conditioned that full bodied Passion is not the right way to be. So that numb adults could feel safe we as children diminished our Passion and shaped ourselves to fit into some external idea of who we ‘should’ be and how we ‘should’ behave. Passion in its raw state is an unbridled force, a wild and vibrant mystery ready to wash everything else away in her glory. In her wildness Passion threatens our need for human control and thus has been diminished or silenced altogether.

I invite you, or rather, implore you, to set your Passion free again! Yes she may ruffle your bed and have you swim out past the safety of the shore…. but she will breathe life into you in the way you may have been craving since you gave up on being an astronaut when you were six. The heart’s Passion is the most powerful creative gift on the planet and as a species we better let her out or her enslavement will be the end of us all. I dare you to step out into the fresh enticing possibility of one who lives from their heart. A free soul who can follow their heart without cautioning it or calling it childish.

What do you love? How many times a day do you say to yourself “I love this!”? Or how many times when relating to another do you truly feel “I love you” (even with a stranger)?

Passion is the naturally occurring juice of one who loves what they are doing right now.

The more you focus on what you love the more passion you will experience

Meditate on this statement and watch your passion naturally arise. “What do I love?” Write your answers and breathe them into your whole body until you are overflowing:

See what happens when you ask your whole body this question every day for a week. If you bring love into your doing you will be bubbling with passion, it’s as simple as that. Then as it bubbles and overflows what do we do with it then? This is when our purpose takes over….

What is Purpose?

Purpose is the direction for our Passion. When we are deeply connected to our Passion it naturally overflows and looks for expression in the world. This is the gift of Purpose, to direct and shape our Passions for their highest and grandest fulfillment.

Purpose is the courage and clarity that births our passions into form.

Compared to Passion, Purpose is risky and requires much bravery to let it guide your life. Purpose guides our Passions into the every changing world of form and thus subjects them to the vulnerability of the unknown. The earthly world of form is the training ground for our Passions, to see if we can grow them even when there are challenges or opposing forces. It’s easy to be passionate about something in the comfort of your own lounge room, but Purpose challenges you to actually step forward and make a stand for your Passion to be alive in the world. No one has power over your inner Passion, but to fulfill your external Purpose involves connecting, inspiring and challenging others, often not a comfortable thing to do. If you are passionate about healthy children then Purpose may guide you to challenge your local schools junk food in their canteen. In this way your Purpose meets your own boundaries and comfort zones and those of others. In these moments you will choose whether to birth more Passion into the world or shrink back into the safety and comfort of the known.

Purpose is the courage to stay true to your Passions even when challenged

If you lack the courage to act on your Passions you will have to suppress them so they don’t keep overflowing. This suppression will then give birth to apathy, numbness and lethargy. You will then appear tired, indecisive or scared to avoid the risk of being vulnerable to living your Passions. This is the affliction of the modern world.

To live ones Purpose is to live proudly vulnerable to the world around you- to be knocked down again and again and access enough passion and purpose to get up again and again. Purpose does not have to be a fixed notion or goal, it is simply the courage to give ourselves fully to our passions in each moment.

Purpose naturally arises from Passion. If you are not sure of what your external Purpose may be then you have suppressed your Passion so you cannot hear it any more, or have built so many defenses that you cannot act when called to do so.

If you are not clear on your Purpose then don’t look for it. Look for your passion and trust it will arise from there. Follow your Passion until it overflows into a Purpose.

A common symptom of someone lacking in purpose is having lots of great ideas without completing anything. This is the addiction to the rush of Passion without the discipline to grow it with the gift of Purpose. If this is you then choose something you are passionate about (it doesn’t have to be the be all and end all, just something that moves you) and commit to complete a task by a certain date eg (write a story, learn to ride a horse, change the menu at the canteen, run a fundraising event etc). Commit to yourself and others that you will fulfill this outcome no matter what. This trains you in the gift of turning passion into outcomes. Everything you complete fuels the power of your word, the vehicle for the fulfillment of purpose. Your word is the power you have to declare an outcome and then have this outcome manifest in the world of form.

The greater the power of your word the greater skill you have to bring your passions alive into physical form.

Passion without Purpose becomes stagnant and stuck.

Purpose without Passion is hollow and unfulfilled
