Awakened Relationships

I am delighted to share with you this wisdom on human relating that has assisted me profoundly in my relationship with my wife, family and friends. Through this wisdom I have been shown grounded real ways to live in union with the divine creative force in each and every relationship. I practice what you read here every day. I have also seen it assist many others to remember the true purpose of relationships. It is through this remembering of the sacred purpose of relationships that divine love will be born on earth. Enjoy.

Let me start by saying that just about everything we know about relationships and everything we have been taught about relationships is false. We have missed the fundamental purpose of human relationships and in doing so distorted every experience we have with them. I am going to talk mainly about intimate relationship yet you will also see that what is shared applies to every relationship for all eternity.

The First Flaw

The fundamental flaw in our human relationships is that we believe in the illusion of other. We believe that there really is a you and a me and in this illusion are all other illusions born. If we are to truly awaken the sacred gift of human relationships we must understand this truth. THERE IS NO OTHER.

In the veil of illusions we have been deluded to think that all these people are different, individual. We perceive existence through these so-called human eyes and think what we see with them is reality. But, I assure you, what we see with these human eyes has nothing to do with reality. These eyes are tuned to the vibration of separation; they are clouded with the weight of thousands of generations of forgetting. So there is a great wall between us and true human relating. It is a wall of delusion. So as I reveal these sacred teachings about relationship know that their purpose is to dissolve these illusionary walls and reveal to us the truth. In this truth we EXPERIENCE the deeper purpose of sacred relationships.

The Purpose of Relationships

Now, what is the true purpose of relationships? Not a diluted, warped or fantastical truth, but the simple truth.

Relationships are simply an expression of your self. There is no other with you. These eyes that look at you with such love and such rage, such delight and such contempt, are your eyes looking at you. So the purpose of relationships is to know oneself. That is it, nothing more, nothing less. You cannot create a relationship; you cannot shape a relationship, until you truly understand this.

When you look into the eyes of another it appears is if there are two beings looking at each other but when truth will reveal that it is more like when you look in a mirror. There is the appearance of two, but there is just one.

So what does this all mean for day-to-day relationships? Well we must start here because our human relating has been so distorted that we have forgotten the very core purpose and thus have no chance of true liberation in relationships. We have numbed out, succumbed to apathy or withdrawn from them all together and called it spirituality.

Most of the time we shape relationships as some sort of tool to get us something; love, family, pleasure, belonging, connection etc. We believe that together we can create something new, something special, and then we set about try to work together to make this something special a reality. Sometimes we are happy with the result, sometimes not. Yet we are still in the illusion of creation.

• Relationships are not a place of creation. They are not here to make something. They are not here to fix something. They are not real at all!
• Relationships simply exist so you can experience separation. And in direct paradox, relationships exist so that you can again remember oneness with the cosmic body of that which you are both parts.
• Relationships are the vehicles through which we can again make the glory of our cosmic body alive here inside our human perceptions.

So the true purpose of relationships is to dissolve the illusions that appear to rest between us so then we awaken together to our divine limitless nature.
